Adipose Derived Mesenchymal stem cells: we all have a quantity of stem cells, of the mesenchymal type, therefore different from embryonic stem cells. These are naturally present in adipose tissue in good quantities and have different properties.
Small amounts of tissue have been grafting from the adipose tissue located in the belly, not just Mesenchimal Stem Cells but Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF): Stromal Vascular Fraction, naturally rich in Adipose Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells and various Growth Factors, including Fibroblasts useful for connective tissue. In fact, SVFs are not only Stem Cells but a portion of tissue very rich in factors with great regenerative properties for the tissues.
How the tissue graft must be done?
The best technique to date is called S.E.F.F.I. wich allows the doctors to keep the cell clusters grafted at the right size thus avoiding necrosis of SVF and thus maintaining a greater regenerative effect. SVF as filler
