Mesenchimal Stem Cells

Adipose Derived Mesenchymal stem cells: we all have a quantity of stem cells, of the mesenchymal type, therefore different from embryonic stem cells. These are naturally present in adipose tissue in good quantities and have different properties.

Small amounts of tissue have been grafting from the adipose tissue located in the belly, not just Mesenchimal Stem Cells but Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF): Stromal Vascular Fraction, naturally rich in Adipose Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells and various Growth Factors, including Fibroblasts useful for connective tissue. In fact, SVFs are not only Stem Cells but a portion of tissue very rich in factors with great regenerative properties for the tissues.

How the tissue graft must be done?

The best technique to date is called S.E.F.F.I. wich allows the doctors to keep the cell clusters grafted at the right size thus avoiding necrosis of SVF and thus maintaining a greater regenerative effect. In fact, I use the kits of the SEFFILINE to give patients greater guarantees in terms of efficacy and safety. In fact, the greatest concentration of mesenchymal stem cells is found at a certain depth and the SEFFILINE instruments allow me to take at that predetermined depth, about 1.5 cm under the skin.

SVF as filler

Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine aims at tissue regeneration as Mesenchymal Stem Cells and growth factors, naturally present in SVF act by binding to the tissues of the area where they are injected. In fact, the technique involves autologous grafting (grafted and injected in the same person) and homologous (in compatible anatomical areas, e.g., taken from the adipose tissue of the belly and grafted into the cheek, lips, cheekbones etc. and for example not injected into vein).

The Regenerative property in fact allows the tissue not only a typical effect of the filler, or filling, which is gradually reabsorbed, but brings the message “we generate cells again” to the neighboring cells! Over time, new cellular colonies of their own are created for a real rejuvenating effect!
